Casual Italian food for the family. We stopped in for carry out pizza and added the appetizer Utica Greens to the order. Delicious but a tad too spicy for "medium". Thin crust pizza was great. Carried it all to the park across the street while the kids played on the baseball field and playground. The pasta coming out of the kitchen looked fantastic- hope to stop through again to try more menu items.

Hmmm, well I'm confused. I've had garlic pizza in the past and it has always had sauce. Bin fact, the menu here states all of the pizzas in the section I ordered from, have a tomato sauce. So image my surprise when I opened the box and the pizza was sauce less! Don't get me wrong, it had a good flavor but was quite dry, not what I was looking for or expecting at all. It was like a round on cheesy garlic breadsticks. Had the menu indicated there was no sauce I would have ordered a cheese pizza and added garlic as a topping. I'd say I know better for next time but there probably won't be a next time.

We came here our company's monthly birthday lunch (birthdays in that month get to pick the restaurant) and we had a four star experience. I love that you order and pay immediately, and then you wait for your food and can leave when you please. We rarely are able to get back to the office in under an hour, but that isn't an issue here. For an average range of $9-11, you can get a dinner sized meal that tastes good and is served promptly. Unfortunately, the day we were there, their bread oven had broken down that morning and they were way behind with the pizzas and bread on the table. However, they successfully gave us our bread just before we left. Somehow the server could tell the difference between the many different types of riggies that we ordered that honestly looked exactly the same, and gave them all to the right people. The servers were a little edgey but they seemed to have a rough and stressful day. I would absolutely suggest this place for a lunch time Italian meal.

My favorite go to place. Casual and relaxed enough to pop in any time. Pizza is very good and reasonably priced. Food comes out timely. Large menu with lots of great things to try... and portions are huge. Staff is friendly.

I have been reliably disappointed in my quest for an authentic New York city style pizza in the Syracuse area, From thin tasteless cardboard to sloppily sauced, strangely cut pizzas, I can say that Syracuse is not a great pizza town. So, a few mile away in Liverpool, Francesca's Pizza has appeared and gives reasonable credibility to the pizza making ability to the general area. Many places have served pizza that is overly or inadequately sauced or flavored, used questionable quality cheese and, most importantly, made a crust that ranged from a Wonder bread to a day old biscuit. Enter Francesca's...this is not simply a take out joint nor is it a fancified Italian restaurant. The concept is that one places an order at their counter, make payment, select a seat and wait to be served. This runs true from simple orders for slices or their full menu. I can report that at each visit the atmosphere is several notches above and more comfortable than the typical take out joint...they are much more than pizza.. I have only eaten their slices. To be specific, I have ordered their $3.99, 2cheese slice special, which includes a drink, That is quite a bargain compared to others who want about $6 bucks for the same. The pizza is the focus, for me anyway, and the details are that they make a quality pizza with a very good crust with texture, flavor, crispiness and chewiness. The cheese is flavorful, stringy and has almost all of the qualities one seeks in a true NYC style pizza. The sauce is spread properly and the flavor is fresh and doesn't descend to a sweet or biter extreme. The service is polite, the atmosphere is very comfortable and clean, as should be expected from a newly renovated facility. While it is very nice, I do not find it very warm and inviting. I go there for the pizza and I can enjoy good pizza under almost any circumstances.

This casual spin-off opened kind of quietly, but it's a good option up in Liverpool. Interesting options abound: chicken riggies pizza, Utica Greens pizza, a special gyro option with fresh lettuce and tomato. I knew that they hired some good kitchen talent (and that Francesca's is a high-quality restaurant in its own right), but this was a pleasant surprise.

Don't go for Lunch! I was there for a piece of cheese pizza and a coke. The pizza was already made, just needed a little heating up. After 20 minutes, no pizza. Asked, and the woman said "15 MORE minutes." Waited 20 minutes, and went to the counter again to fiind that the slice wasn't even getting warmed up yet! I left after waiting 45 minutes for a warmed up slice of pie. 7 others had a similar experience while I was there. This is not a good place for lunch.

Food is amazing. Love the salad dressing. I gave it 4 stars because the lunch service is slow and robotic. The dining room could also use more heating. Did I mention the food is really good and makes up for the cold room and cold customer service?

Absolutely love this place, it's really easy to get to and has great parking. This is our go to spot whenever we want to do takeout. They have a flank steak salad that is to die for. The steak marinade is the best and make the steak so tasty. I have also heard the grandmothers pizza is really good but have not tried it yet. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Wonderful casual alternative to Francesca's Cucina with easy parking!!! Everything is hot and fresh. They have seating for about 30 people or you can take it to go. The pizza is out of this world with new specials all the time. Convenient way to pick up some of your favorite Francesca's meals without the hassle. They also deliver to Liverpool and for catering! You can't beat the prices ether A+++

First time here. I have gone to the other location. The sauce is so good and they have a really delicious menu of Italian favorites, the bread they serve is so warm and tasty. Definetly recommend If you want some Classic Italian in more of a bistro appeal

Yum. All the amazing delicious recipes the original Francesca's with lower prices and a family friendly atmosphere. They currently offer California style service, where you order from the counter, choose your seat, and a server delivers your food. The food is great and I believe they sell a small variety of beer and wine, but they are happy to let you bring your own. DO NOT miss out on the Utica greens here. They are amazing.

Very good experience!! We ordered numerous items for delivery including the infamous lasagna. This was my first time eating here and the taste was both authentic and thoroughly executed!! I am a very picky person in regards to red sauce and theirs is superb!! I will be returning!!

Ordered delivery from here tonight and was pleasantly surprised! First, go on their Facebook page for a coupon- we used the large pizza and 12 wings for $17.99. When we ordered they told us it would take and hour, they showed up in 30 minutes :) the pizza itself was very tasty. I have to say finding good NY style pizza in the Liverpool area is a tough task- but this was delicious! Sauce was good, enough cheese, overall just a good pie. Wings were good too- just the right amount of sauce and cooked perfectly. We may have found our new pizza joint! :)

Pleasantly surprised with a recent visit. Food was great. Chicken Riggies were somewhat underwhelming, good but not the usual Francesca riggies I am use to. Pizza was great. I love thin crust and this pizza was perfect. Utica greens were tasty. Seating area is very nice, nicely decorated. It is overall a great place for lunch, dinner,mate out or delivery.

Outstanding pizza. Great selection. Good prices on specials. Very clean. Servers were professional. Stopped in at lunch time fairly busy but the line moved quickly and the order was taken to our table directly. Self serve soda machines allowed for refills.

Utica Greens Pizza, The Real Deal I was happy when I found out this place was offering escarole greens on pizza. This is not something you can get anywhere. This place doesn't just do the greens, they do it right. Escarole is an amazing pizza topping, it's the real Italian deal! It's like putting broccoli rabe on pizza pie like they do in southern Italy. It's a huge hit at this place and tons of people were ordering it while we were there. Francesca's offer this as a specialty pizza and they call it Utica Greens. You can also get the greens as a single topping. I got greens, sausage, and pepperoni. This pizza shop is highly recommended.
